    Jerycho is a debut EP by a Arlen More, released in March 2026. The project brief went far beyond cover design – it called for a complete creative universe: a visual identity, physical press kits, album packaging, single artworks, event materials, and the art direction.<\/p>

    The central creative challenge was building suspense and public intrigue before anyone knew who the artist was. Anonymity was not a limitation, it was the concept.<\/p><\/div>

    To design a cohesive visual world that could carry a six-week campaign across physical and digital formats and make a debut EP feel like a cultural event. Every design decision had to serve the narrative: the artist exists, but you don’t know who they are yet.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    APPROACH<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    The visual language was built around three elements: absolute black, a hand-drawn insect symbol, and the silhouette of an unidentifiable figure. These recurred across every format, from a square business card to a full CD insert – creating instant recognition without ever showing a face.<\/p>

    • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPhysical press kits \u2014 a locked miniature safe concealing a QR code, and a letter inviting the recipient to solve the puzzle \u2014 were sent to key Polish rap media (Lil Konon, HHXD, MuzykaTV, and others) before any public announcement.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe QR led to jerycho.pl: a custom site where visitors solved puzzles to unlock early access.       The campaign generated organic speculation across Polish music media before the artist’s identity was revealed. Journalists engaged with the puzzle mechanic independently, creating editorial coverage without a traditional press release. The pre-release party sold out and the EP’s focus track,\u00a0COLD ONE FREESTYLE<\/em>, launched with pre-seeded playlist placements on Spotify.<\/p>
